TAROCCO

It is a red pigmented orange, cultivated in the plane of Catania which is situated in Sicily. It has an elevared size, thin rind(peel) and intense colouring with a large amount of red pigmentation which covers half of the fruit's surface. This fruit contains a very hight level of vitamine C, which stimulates the growth and resistence of our body from infections and helps to strenghten the immune system.

MORO AND SANGUINELLO ORANGE

Typical of the Catania Plaia, this mediumsized orange has a skin of average thickness. When completely ripe, its colour is between red and purple. Its flavour is very pleasant and when the fruit is squashed, it produces a large quantity of juice. It is rich in vitamins, mineral salts and other substances useful in a healthy diet.

VALENCIA, OVALE, NAVELINA ORANGE

Medium-sized and light orange in colour, it has very juicy yellowy-orange flesh with a high sugar content.

CLEMENTINE, TANGERINE

In its yellow-orange skin, the tangerine's orange-coloured flesh is very soft and juicy and has a typically sweet taste. Its juice is easy to digest and is very rich in vitamins A and C.
